Gavin Bryce is a Leadership Effectiveness Advisor, author and founder of The Forum. He will guide the group through the same kind of candid, confidential exchange that members experience each month.
His role is to ensure you do not simply hear about The Forum, but experience its true power: space to think openly, perspectives that challenge and expand your own, and greater clarity about what to do next.

Your challenge may not be selected on this occasion. Whether you bring an issue into the conversation or contribute to someone else’s, you will participate fully in the Forum experience.
Places are intentionally limited. Gavin will review every request personally and contact you to confirm your place and provide the joining information.

How long is the experience?
The event lasts 90 minutes.
How many leaders will attend?
The experience is limited to six participants so that the conversation remains personal, interactive and substantive.
What should I bring?
Bring one current leadership decision, challenge or issue that you would value thinking through with experienced peers.
Will my challenge be explored during the event?
Every participant will briefly introduce the leadership challenge they are carrying. A small number of challenges will then be explored in depth. We cannot guarantee that your own challenge will be selected, but you will participate fully by questioning, contributing your perspective and reflecting on what the conversation reveals for your own leadership.
How is confidentiality handled?
Confidentiality is an explicit condition of participation. Everyone will be asked to respect what is shared and not attribute another participant’s contribution outside the conversation.
Will the session be recorded?
No. The conversation will not be recorded, allowing participants to speak openly and remain fully present.
Is there any cost or obligation?
No. The experience is complimentary and attending does not create any obligation to become a member.
What happens after I request a place?
Gavin will review your request and contact you personally. If your place is confirmed, you will receive the joining information and practical preparation guidance. Gavin may also contact you before the event if your challenge has been selected for deeper exploration. There is no pressured follow-up or obligation to join The Forum.
