His role is to ensure you do not simply hear about The Forum, but experience its true power: space to think openly, perspectives that challenge and expand your own, and greater clarity about what to do next.

How long is the experience?
The event runs for up to 90 minutes, depending on the size of the group.
How many leaders will attend?
The group size will depend on registrations, but there will never be more than 12 participants.
What should I bring?
Bring one current leadership decision, challenge or issue that you would value thinking through with experienced peers.
How is confidentiality handled?
Confidentiality is an explicit condition of participation. Everyone will be asked to respect what is shared and not attribute another participant’s contribution outside the conversation.
Will the session be recorded?
No. The conversation will not be recorded, allowing participants to speak openly and remain fully present.
Is there any cost or obligation?
No. The experience is complimentary and attending does not create any obligation to become a member.
What happens after I request a place?
Gavin will review your request and contact you personally. If your place is confirmed, you will receive the joining information and practical preparation guidance. There is no pressured follow-up or obligation to join The Forum.
