Accessibility
Our commitment
Forum Leadership Services Ltd is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as reasonably possible. Our aim is to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.2 at level AA and to improve the site as content and technology evolve.
What we have done
- Used semantic headings, landmarks and meaningful link text.
- Provided text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Supported keyboard navigation and visible focus states.
- Used responsive layouts that adapt to smaller screens and text enlargement.
- Used colour and typography intended to provide clear contrast and readability.
- Respected reduced-motion preferences where animation is used.
- Associated form fields with labels and clear validation requirements.
Known limitations
Some downloadable documents and third-party services, including Beehiiv subscription forms and external booking services, may not provide the same level of accessibility as the main website. Their accessibility is partly outside our control.
If a document, form or external service prevents you from accessing information or completing an action, please contact us and we will offer a reasonable alternative.
Compatibility and testing
The site is designed for current versions of major browsers on desktop and mobile devices. We review keyboard use, responsive presentation, content structure and common accessibility issues as part of site updates.
Help and feedback
If you need information in another format, experience an accessibility problem or have a suggestion, email info@forumleadership.co.uk. Please tell us which page or material is affected and the format or support you need. We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within five working days.
